There will be days when you feel like you simply 'exist.' You have less sense of meaning to yourself and to the things around you, as if there is a disconnection between yourself and reality. You feel like you exist only to stay alive.
There is not always an apparent reason for your emotions; they are just there. You may be sad, but you aren't happy either. You feel numb. It is a constant feeling of indifference that is quite difficult to interpret, but at the same time, it is better than drowning in your own thoughts.
